Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after access has been made available, except where required by applicable consumer law, where a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, or where BizB Singapore Pte. Ltd. approves a refund after reviewing the circumstances.

Billing concerns

Contact support@tamashaofficial.com with the transaction date, account email and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear depends on the card network and issuing bank.
